Allianz is the 2nd biggest insurance company in the world. I worked in the Iberia Headquarters, located in Barcelona, in the Market Management department. I developed a new system reward for 11000 salesmen, which considered several variables such as sort of policy, regional location and income. The logarithm was interesting to create as had to find a balance in the system to motivate regular salesmen but not discourage the outstanding salesmen, as could be seen its leadership challenged. Another duty was the improvement of Allianz's multi-access system, which is the online application for different platforms. Allianz saw critical this matter as they could approach larger number of customers in a convenient fashion. With this program we encouraged salesmen to raise the online sales. Therefore, I studied the online insurance market and also studied the results achieved by Allianz in this matter. Lastly, I studied the insurance market by region and product. Analysing the results and compare them to Allianz's peers, developing numerical and attention to detail skills.
