Consulting boutique formed by a former BCG. During this experience, I worked alongside the founder on a multitude of projects including: ❖ Acted as a trusted advisor to the founder of a PE-backed firm, also a former BCG, having promoted and implemented several revenue expansion and cost optimization initiatives, resulting in 15 p.p. enhancement post-execution. Most relevant initiatives included: - Designed and executed a streamlined procurement operating model - Led the annual budgeting process across the firm - Created a comprehensive dashboard to assess and monitor the performance of the different business units across the organization ❖ Steered and executed several go/no-go investment cases in the context of Venture Building ❖ Led and executed a healthcare project, building a comprehensive diagnosis dashboard

As a member of the Management Team at LGG Advisors, I was responsible for: ❖ Leading teams consisting of Project Managers, Associates, and Analysts ❖ Engaging, coordinating, and executing multiple high-profile projects on behalf of the Private Equity funds and PE-backed clients. Most relevant projects included: - Performed a PMO role on a transformational project for a portfolio company of a leading European Private Equity - Played a strategic finance partner role for a US-based PE-backed firm - Coordinated consulting teams on several projects for a leading UK-based Advisory firm ❖ Steering and executing strategic initiatives across the organization. Initiatives helped to retain three key clients and engage with nine new clients, contributing approximately to €1.5 million in additional revenues and a 20 p.p. increase in margin. ❖ Coordinating recruitment and training across the firm

As one of the first hires at LGG Advisors, I collaborated alongside the Founder, also a former VP at Barclays Investment Bank in London. During this experience, I was responsible for: ❖ Leading and executing M&A, capital raising, and finance & strategy projects on behalf of the Private Equity and Venture Capital clients.
