Pfeiffer Vacuum

In this role I was responsible for carving out the IT Departments of Pfeiffer Vacuum and BUSCH SE and merge these into one global IT Service Company. - Conception and setup of a new IT service company for Busch and Pfeiffer Vacuum - including the joint creation and negotiation of a global MSA / SLA and the transfer of employees (613A) as well as carve-out of three international IT companies - Creation of a new IT service model for all global group companies, including a new service catalog and the introduction of a new ticketing system - Sparring partner for the Executive Board and management in the development of a new digital and IT strategy

- Project manager for DOW-DuPont separation in Germany - Project manager for the carve-out of the N&B division - Development of a project framework for over 100 stakeholders at 8 locations - Development and implementation of a change management strategy - Contact person for all plant managers, workstreams and senior management

Leadec/Veltec (formerly VOITH Industrial Services) was sold to a PE in this role I was responsible for the IT Carve-Out and integration - Carrying out IT due diligence in preparation for carve-out - Responsible for the migration of the IT infrastructure to Azure Stack Cloud - Responsible for client and new MPLS rollout to 23 locations - Development and implementation of the entire digital strategy - Responsible for Azure IoT rollout - Responsible for the conversion of the ERP system and BI tools

Project management implementation of Navision ERP in a carved out business unit of VOITH Industrial Services as preparation of the sale of the company to a PE.
