• Responsible for BenAfME cluster (Benelux, Middle East, Turkey, South Africa, Sub-Sharan and Maghreb Regions), • Direct FP&A responsibilities for a designated commercial market finance support. Investigating variance analysis and providing explanations of the key drivers for the financial performance. Ensuring accuracy, quality and timeless for local reporting such as monthly performance review, commercial deck and MUP, • Coordinating the cluster financial presentation providing support on management presentations, P&L analysis and reporting, • Assessing opportunities for improvement/efficiency through maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders and performing periodic reviews, • Working collaboratively with the Finance Director, CoE Team, ZFS Shared Services Team and other finance team members to ensure continuity of business knowledge and execution of the responsibilities related to financial management for International Ops. • Preparation and consolidation of the Op Plan&Forecast plans for the International business. • Monitoring and highlighting the KPIs to relevant internal stakeholders and influence decision making to ensure delivery of business targets, • Working knowledge of Anaplan, SAP, Hyperion Financial Management and Essbase.

• Leading projects from the beginning of the communication with the potential clients until the delivery of the projects, • Performing business enterprise valuations for the companies in airlines, oil&gas distribution, manufacturing, retail and IT industries by applying income, market and net asset approaches, • Assisting clients in development of future cash flows and estimating WACC of each client specific to their risk profiles, • Reviewing business plans provided by the clients and analysing if underlying assumptions are achievable, rational and applicable from market and financial perspectives, • Co-managing a team of 25 professionals, which conducts more than 100 projects in a year, • Participating in preparation of the department business plan, marketing strategy, recruitment process, • Participating both in client and internal trainings of PwC Business School as an instructor.

• Providing both vendor and financial due diligence services to multinational companies and private equity firms, manage and coordinate the engagement teams throughout the transaction process, • Identifying trends in operating results, quality of earnings (sustainable EBITDA) and net assets (net working capital, net debt), cash flows, potential liabilities, potential risks and the impact of those findings on the valuation of the target company, • Designing tailored transaction advisory procedures while identifying and reporting key issues that address client’s concerns about the business or industry, • Analysing the target company’s trading results (i.e. KPIs, revenues, costs, gross profitability, operating expenses, financial expenses, etc.), • Reconciling balance sheets and income statements between statutory, IFRS and management accounts and performing high level consolidation in multi-entity M&A transactions, • Gathering, analyzing and interpreting complicated numerical information.

PwC Turkey

• Participating in the audit process of financial statements of large and multinational companies in different sectors mainly focusing on insurance, manufacturing and retail sectors, • Applying required adjustments to clients’ financial results in accordance with IFRS and CMB Reporting Standards regarding to the consolidation process and preparing the consolidated financial statements for various companies, • Analysis of company’s financial statements and performing the given responsibilities with respect to examination and verification of a company's financial and accounting records and supporting documents.

Aytemiz Akaryakıt Dağıtım A.Ş.

• Leading group companies’ consolidated budget, planning, reporting and controlling processes, • Monthly comparison of budgeted and actual results by department basis and investigation of the variances observed between these results, • Identifying, monitoring and reporting of the relevant KPIs, • Preparing monthly report for board members including profitability and LFL analyses of dealers, cash flow, working capital and capital expenditure analyses, • Coordinating the accounting and reporting teams for the month end group reporting in order to submit the financial and operational results to the group management on a timely and accurate basis.
