Deloitte Corporate Finance (M&A) -Independent Consultant-

Interim Business Manager | Succesfull growth via proven Management, Advice & Coaching programs As COO/COS for a recent employer (a multibillion dollar software IT company), I was not only responsible for the international business operation and organic growth, but also part of the corporate M&A team to acquire and integrate new companies for our external growth programs. In my task as COO/COS I was responsible for a smooth - yet fast- post merger integration for acquisitions in the international market. Currently working as interim M&A manager and COO for a Benelux software organization. Just finished another acquisition for them, including the due dilligence workflows and carve out of a business unit. Together with Deloitte (for the financial due diligence) I was leading the commercial due diligence workflow (Buy) and preparing – again - a smooth - yet fast- post merger integration (Build). Today I’m interim COO, leading the PMI process and restructuring yet another company within the group.
