I then pivoted to M&A with FTI Capital Advisors, where I participated in triple-digit buyout transactions for corporate institutions in the energy, industrials, media&entretainment, and food & agriculture industries Aside from my M&A experience, I also have a long trajectory in my early career as an entrepreneur and co-founder of several businesses in the energy and tech industries, which gives me a unique perspective in advising on M&A transactions as I can understand the priorities and concerns of business owners I have graduated with honors in the Bachelor of Materials Engineering of the University of Barcelona, and graduated in the top bucket of the Masters in Management of IESE Business School
