I am the Head of Corporate Finance at Beca, one of Asia-Pacific’s largest employee-owned professional services consultancy firms. As Head of Corporate Finance, I support the CFO and CEO with strategic growth initiatives and capital allocation, develop financial models, help execute M&A opportunities, and support broader corporate venturing efforts. I also worked as an innovation specialist in the New Ventures team, developing new opportunities in partnership with Beca's Sustainability Services Innovation Fund (SSIF). SSIF is designed to accelerate solutions for organisations' most pressing sustainability challenges. The fund empowers innovation and the growth of services, products, and tools that successfully address serious sustainability issues.

Mr. Greyvenstein was an Associate Director in the New Zealand Valuations, Modelling and Economics (VME) team, helping clients in the energy and resources sector solve their most complex and challenging business issues by confronting the status quo and uncovering robust, forward-thinking solutions. His clients included green hydrogen, electric utilities, clean geothermal utilities, agriculture, investors and oil and gas refineries. Achievements included: 1. Supported the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan to acquire 70% interest in Spark New Zealand’s mobile towers business for NZ$900 million. 2. Supported Singapore-based M&G Investments with respect to the refinancing of a large New Zealand dairy farm. 3. Lead the financial modelling team at EY New Zealand. Responsibilities included: 1. Fritz was a Senior Manager in the KPMG Deal Advisory team with experience across corporate finance, audit support, energy infrastructure, valuations, commercial due diligence, business modelling, M&A and regulatory services. Provided financial and commercial advice to a private New Zealand electricity network management company concerning a proposed investment into an early-stage electric vehicle (EV) charging hardware and software solutions company. 2. Financial advisor to NZX-listed Just Life Group with respect to its acquisition of supplements provider About Health. 3. Financial advisor to multi-national genetics company CRV-Ambreed in relation to its acquisition of NZ deeptech company Engender Technologies. 4. Financial advisor to NZX-listed Restaurant Brands, a global fast-food company, in relation to its divestment of Starbucks. 5. Financial advisor to NZX-listed Restaurant Brands, in its assessment of the successful takeover bid by FinAccess Capital 6. With over 220 practitioners locally and access to global Deloitte capabilities, the Strategy and Innovation team occupies a dominant position in the African market. Experience covers: 1. Developing corporate and market entry strategies 2. Developing feasibility studies, business cases, turn-around strategies 3. Deliver corporate innovation and growth venturing programs Achievements include: 1. Strategic advisor to Sun Edison Renewables concerning its market entry into Sub Sahara Africa, specifically the development of an electricity tariff path model and market analysis report. 2. Assisted a global investment bank with techno-financial and investment analysis for its new African venture arm related to off-grid power provision for large industrial customers and energy users in East and Southern Africa. 3. Assisted a South African mining company with commercializing new energy ventures as part of their Africa growth strategy, working directly with the Group CEO and CFO. 4. Strategic advisor and model development for a global miner concerning a 300 MW coal-fired power plant. Fritz worked with large multinational mining and resources companies, energy companies, utilities and investment banks.

Ennex Developments

I was a co-founder of Ennex Developments - a clean energy startup developing utility-scale solar projects in South Africa. I was involved in financial modelling, feasibility studies, supplier negotiations, technology selection, website development, branding and business development.

Hatch

I worked as a project engineer at Hatch, specializing in project management and bid evaluation of greenfield and brownfield mineral processing facilities. Achievements: 1. Sishen South Project - Part of the team that won the Kumba Iron Ore’s Gold “Laurel” Safety Award (2011) and the team that completed the project within budget and ahead of schedule. 2. Part of the team that expanded the Rustenburg Base Metals Refinery. The refinery produces high quality electrowon nickel from a state-of-the-art automated tank house, as well as copper cathode, cobalt sulphate and sodium sulphate.

Fletcher Construction

I worked as a site civil engineer at Fletcher Construction specializing in project management and involved with the commissioning of ramp metering systems and sign gantries with variable message signs and lane control signals, as part of a $140m Automated Traffic Management upgrade.
