Quarters Co-Living

As Managing Director of the UK entity, I spearheaded the expansion, property acquisition, planning and operational setup of QUARTERS in the UK and Ireland, whilst optimizing available resources and from a standing start in this market. I drove and lead all aspects of the process from deal sourcing to planning and deal completion, coordinating funders, developers, local planning authorities and internal stakeholders. I established a footprint and deal pipeline across the region with a focus on London, Manchester, Liverpool, and Dublin. Besides my role in the UK and Ireland, I served the company as Vice President Expansion EMEA.

PASHION Limited

PASHION digitizes the collaboration within and between fashion brands, agencies, and the press, bringing sample management online. I restructured all business planning, operational, legal and financial functions and delivered the new business plan and financial model, new product roadmap, revised accounting standards, and streamlined corporate framework.

Doctify Limited

I co-founded and served as the founding CEO and Director of Doctify. I actively ran and oversaw all our activities with regards to funding, finances, operations, and implementation of the company's long- and short-term plans. I liaised with the board and the management of Doctify, our advisors and investors and other internal or external stakeholders, taking the company from concept to a market-leading position.

Santander UK Corporate & Commercial

In this role I covered institutional clients in Northern Europe as Equity Derivatives sales. As part of a two men team, I helped developed and implement a new business strategy to enhance performance, sales, and efficiency, streamlined onboarding and trading processes and on-boarded 25 institutional accounts new to the business, and optimized and grew requests in European single stocks and index equity derivatives at rate of 150% annually.

Roland Berger

As part of the team on the ground, I delivered expert advice directly to the CEO and board of Nigeria's largest bank as well as East African institutions in Tanzania and Kenia on new strategies for mobile banking and financial inclusion.

Lehman Brothers International (Europe) / NomuraI International PLC

In this role as German & Austrian Equity Derivatives Sales, I led, negotiated and executed a €110M hedge fund-linked retail structured note program during the financial crisis. I created and supported a franchise of equity flow, exotic and fund derivatives sales for institutional clients generating an annual P&L of more than £3M.
