Profile Products is a leading provider of sustainable soil health solutions for the horticulture, erosion control, and turf/sports fields markets. Backed by New Mountain Capital, Profile's strong leadership team, decades of R&D and commercial excellence, global presence, and M&A best practices position the Company well within the market. My role within Profile includes building M&A growth strategies, managing the pipeline, relationships, and M&A processes (diligence, documents, etc), and managing integrations post-close.

BioIVT

BioIVT is the leading global provider of human and animal, normal and disease state, tissue and bio-fluid samples to researchers to conduct in-vitro pre-clinical trials. Owned by Arsenal Capital (until Oct. 2021), and sold to Linden Capital, BioIVT is heavily focusing on growing their product portfolio, as well as expanding geographically. In my position, I am responsible for leading the global strategy and mergers and acquisitions activity.

Henry Schein

Henry Schein, Inc. is the largest global provider of products and services to office based dental, veterinary and medical practitioners. My primary responsibilities include running M&A transactions and developing and executing on the strategic plan for Henry Schein Medical, HSIC's $2.5b physician office distribution business. I am responsible for building models, developing the deal structure, drafting letters of intent, managing due diligence processes, drafting and supporting memorandums to our investment committee, working with our attorneys on drafting definitive transaction agreements, closing the transaction, and drafting communications to stakeholders. I primarily focus my time with HSIC's medical senior leadership team on developing a pipeline, executing medical transactions, and developing / executing the business's strategic and tactical plan.

Viscogliosi Bros., LLC

Viscogliosi Bros., LLL is a family office healthcare private equity firm that specializes in the neuro-musculoskeletal industries. I report directly to the firm Chairman, Anthony Viscogliosi, and my responsibilities include analyzing and managing the diligence process on all new investment opportunities, co-managing the diligence process on exits, and working directly with Mr. Viscogliosi on all capital raising efforts. As his "right hand man," I participate in all of his meetings and travel, and subsequently get regular exposure to the high level managerial strategies of running a successful healthcare private equity firm.

Viscogliosi Bros., LLC

Viscogliosi Bros., is a private equity firm specializing in neuromusculoskeletal & orthopedic technologies. VB is a team of business builders, of which I am proud to be a part. I started at VB as an intern in the summer 2013 and upon my internship completion received an employment offer to continue working for the Musculoskeletal Clinical Regulatory Advisers, LLC, VB's primary professional services company, and a leading orthopedic technology clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement consulting firm. Additionally, I have been actively working for Viscogliosi & Co., VB's investment bank. My responsibilities included: • Advising on growth strategies for portfolio companies; recommending specific industries and sectors for organic and inorganic growth opportunities, and leading initial discussions with banks. • Structuring Acquisitions • Conducting industry-wide due diligence & market research, and pursuing business development opportunities with private equity firms and healthcare companies. • Creating internal and external investor pitch slide decks. • Drafting and reviewing bridge financing agreements and exclusive distribution agreements. • Rebranding portfolio companies, service offerings and website user experiences to expand clientele and increase revenue.

Private Equity & Venture Capital Club, Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business

The Private Equity & Venture Capital club focused on inter- and intra-MBA Private Equity & Venture Capital competitions. Through education, practical experience, and mentorship, we prepare our members to take the competition and industry by storm. Our members aim to create their own value in PE/VC through hard work, dedication, and networking, and simultaneously elevate Baruch College as an NYC destination for Private Equity and Venture Capital recruitment. After a decade in buy-side M&A, I am now spending my time helping companies with active deals, find acquisitions, manage diligence processes, and helping sellers position themselves for an exit. I have acquired businesses throughout the US, Europe, UK, and India.
