Advised Project LeanNation, Rochester based nutritional based meal kit provider on the next growth opportunities and price testing of the current product. Developed a price sensitivity model and recommended an increase of $4 subscription price. Estimated a minimum of 700 subscriptions per week to reduce cost per unit. Analyzed the current industry trends, recommended development of a community based mobile application to increase retention and estimated 1-year breakeven post 3 months app development.

Simon Vision Consulting

Analyze and Recommend the client on the different types of greenhouse to be constructed as per the requirement. Estimate the capital expenditure required to start a new greenhouse business and present various seed funding options. Negotiate timelines and deliverables with the client and subsequently provide a weekly progress report to the Simon Vision board. Manage a team of five students to execute the project.

Verity Knowledge Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Created client specific M&A and IPO pitchbooks for deals greater than $500m in capital goods, building materials, and aerospace & defense sectors. Performed comparative company valuation, precedent transaction valuation, football field analysis, SOTP analysis and thematic industry analysis using premium data sources. Researched, brainstormed, and provided recommendations to address current regulatory and procedural challenges, and future industry trends to management and/or clients. Created templates for company valuations (DCF, Comparable Company, etc.) to be used by colleagues in the Investment Banking group. Managed and trained a team of five new college recruits on relevant business cases and tools used in the financial analysis to ensure smooth onboarding and on-time completion of deliverables.

Created Mergers & Acquisition pitch-books to be used as fairness opinion recommendation for the acquisition of Brass Monier by Standard Industries. Performed and created comparative company valuation, precedent transaction valuation, DCF, and football field analysis excel templates using FactSet to evaluate the deal terms. Advised and improved the deal terms from EUR 25.00 per share to EUR 28.50 per share an increase representing a premium of 31.1% from the unaffected closing share price of EUR 21.74 on Sep. 14, 2016.
