Himanshu launched HSA Advisory in November 2023, focussing on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic decisions. Prior to HSA Advisory, Himanshu had c.12 years of investment banking experience in advising clients on complex and strategic transactions across Europe incl. UK, and Middle East. Himanshu has successfully executed multiple deals involving buy side, sell side, fairness opinion and capital raise. Previously, Himanshu held the roles of Associate Director in EMEA Financial Institutions Group (FIG) team at UBS, Assistant Director in EMEA FIG team at Deloitte and Analyst in EMEA FIG team at Nomura. Himanshu did his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow in 2011 and bachelors in Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) in 2009.
