I am looking for a senior person based in the USA who is focused on the following: - Screen the market for potential investment companies in the B2B natural extracts ingredients for the nutraceutical and cosmetics market; - High-level characterization and prioritization of the opportunities (1 pager) - Make initial contact and screening (on our representation) to identify “actionable targets." - Support in the initial discussions, negotiations - Eventual support on the DD processes In terms of time allocation, I would say that we have a first 2 to 4 weeks of higher dedication (until we have the first screening completed), followed by maybe a couple of months by more add-hoc support.
