We are small company providing mainly payroll service for SMEs in Saudia Arabia, we would like to build an investment plan that focuses on acquiring partial stake in local companies that has some commonality with our business which includes companies working in digital wallet for SMEs, could based HRMS, cloud based Accounting system and Open Banking. The professional we are looking for needs to understand the local market the niches players in the domains motioned. For each domain we want to have the top 5 companies assessed with clear criteria to be selected for the investment. A follow up would be a due diligence on the candidate company.
