Valuation of a group of company mainly involved in industrial catering and facility management (prior experience in these sectors would be a plus)
The objective is to determine a fair valuation for the group (context: part of a broader sell-side advisory engagement I have with them)
My team will be providing historical and projected financial statements, so it is mostly a technical exercise
