Working with a prominent family office with diverse investment holdings across MENA and Europe who is seeking an experienced General Counsel on an ad-hoc basis to support critical transaction documents. This role requires a seasoned legal professional who can: - Draft and review Letters of Intent (LOIs) for potential investments - Prepare and negotiate Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs) - Provide transaction advisory on an as-needed basis - Support the family office's investment activities across multiple jurisdictions Ideal profile: /Extensive experience as General Counsel or senior legal advisor /Strong background in cross-border transactions spanning MENA and Europe /Excellent drafting skills for complex investment documentation /Ability to work on a flexible, ad-hoc basis as transactions require
