The client is seeking an experienced M&A Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience for full project execution, including Due Diligence coordination, Valuation, Presentations, and Supplemental Analyses. The project will commence with an immediate briefing, followed by substantial work starting in November. The duration is to be determined but will extend at least until the end of the year. The client will provide guidance and support, but the Project Manager is expected to lead and execute the project.
