Our Client is looking for an experienced M&A project manager, who will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing sales processes as well as subsequent business unit separations. In this role you will work closely with senior management to ensure that all transactions create value. A minimum of 10 years of relevant M&A experience, a proven track record in leading complex M&A projects, and fluency in both German and English are required. The job holder is required to work on-site in Hamburg for 3 days a week.
