Client Overview: Our client focuses on creating renewable natural gas (RNG), enabling the storage and transport of green energy and reducing industrial CO2 emissions. Project Scope: The primary objective of this project is to create a robust and dynamic infrastructure model tailored for hydrogen derivative projects. The model will cover the entire lifecycle from greenfield development through to COD and subsequent operational phases. Additionally, the model must accommodate the possibility of selling projects either at Ready-to-Build (RtB) stage or at COD.
