CORPORATE M&A as a Service
Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Thank you for visiting my profile. Having worked in M&A advisory as well as at public and private corporates like GEA Group AG and Viessmann, I was lucky to be able to experience M&A transactions from all angles. Since 2012 I provide 'Corporate M&A as a Service' to corporate clients with a focus on execution management for deals with up to 50m EUR transaction value: MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS I execute your buy-side or sell-side M&A transaction as an M&A Project Manager fully embedded in your organisation and with focus on managing stakeholders from subsidiary level to the C-suite and central corporate functions. I cover the whole M&A process from first contact with the selling entity to closing, including comprehensive internal approval processes, financial analysis and valuation, due diligence management and hands-on negotiations where most value is at stake. Every touchpoint with the opposing party is an opportunity to lose or gain value and subtleties matter! POST-MERGER INTEGRATION I also help you integrate your acquired companies effectively and based on the individual situation at hand (no cookie-cutter approach). Drop me a line, if you need information on any of the above. Best regards, Schaahin
