Harsh is a Director in the Deal Advisory (TS-FDD) practice based in Chicago, USA. Harsh currently works on buy and sell side financial due diligence primarily in the Consumer & Retail, Industrial Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Metal & Mining and Packaging sectors. Harsh has dedicated transaction advisory experience assisting financial and strategic clients in connection with acquisitions, and dispositions of various sizes and complexities from the initiation of transaction discussions through financial due diligence, contract and financing documents. Harsh has worked on many transactions due diligence services for both domestic and international projects. Through this work, Harsh has developed an expertise for the creation and evaluation of normalized EBITDA, quality of assets and net working capital, sale and purchase agreement consultation and other transaction support services. Harsh has developed an expertise for analyzing carve-out financial statements. Harsh's current client portfolio includes private equity and venture capital funds, commercial and investment banks, large multinational groups, listed companies and privately held corporates.

I have qualified a chartered accountancy exam in 2011. Before qualifying, I have worked with PwC in Statutory Audit as a trainee (from 2006 to 2011) I have a rich experience in performing statutory audit for 7 years (2011 to 2018). During this period, I have worked with PwC and EY. I have worked specifically in the Metal & Mining, Industrial Manufacturing and FMCG sector. I have worked on various listed clients and I used to manage a team of 15 people. I was rated as 2 and 3 during performance evaluation throughout my career in Statutory Audit (1 being the best). In 2018, I moved to KPMG in Deal Advisory as Manager (Transaction Services - Financial Due Diligence). I have extensively worked on FDD projects in sectors like Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial Manufacturing, Stressed assets which are part of the insolvency procedure. I work directly with more than 3 partners and I have a team of 10 people including Assistant Managers and Consultants. I am single point contact for all the clients and in most cases, I run the client meetings. I do perform all the risk management procedures for all my clients before starting any new project.
