Chris has been involved in financial services, project management and execution of a broad range of investment banking engagements, including sell- and buy-side transactions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, recapitalizations, capital raises and strategic alternatives for both private and public companies. Since 2021, Chris was leading and executing M&A mandates for PCB Partners, and Tyr Partners as an independent M&A lead driving assigned deals through the deal cycle, from initial engagement, due diligence, SPA negotiation, and closing cycles. With PCB, Chris covered clients within life sciences and management consulting, while at Tyr, the coverage focus was on media and entertainment, fintech, and projects within the creator economy.
